Fitness isn't a phase for me, it's just part of how I live. Whether it's a solid gym session, a run that clears my head, or trying some new sport just for the fun of it, staying active keeps me sharp and grounded.
I'm into people who have that same energy, not necessarily a gym rat, but someone who enjoys moving, has goals they're working toward, and gets that a good workout and a good laugh aren't mutually exclusive.
Looking for someone who can match my pace, whether that's a morning run together or just appreciating that I might cancel plans for leg day. Bonus points if you've got your own thing you're passionate about and bring that same energy to life outside the gym too.
