Interested in keeping fit? So am I. "If it's physical, it's therapy" is a sign I saw once on the door of the pysical therapy department at a nursing home. I try to stay physically fit with strenuous (for me, that is) work outs which include stepping out on the dancefloor when I get that chance. This is the most fun, with a partner, of course! Biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, and canoeing are other pursuits I enjoy when I can. Again, it's better with a partner.
