Anyone want to do some type 1 and type 2 workouts?
Hi all. I'm a lifelong athlete that specialized in three favorite sports- running, cycling and skiing. I'm at the upper end of the fitness measurements for my age and won a few national events in my day. I am NOT an egotistical snob type of guy- quite the opposite.
I'm looking for another of whoo would like to go for some rides or runs (I prefer trails now) or hikes.
I have coached all these sports and would be glad to provide that for a training partner in crime. Are you wanting to challenge yourself physically? Or may be drop me like a rock on our first ride. Get in touch and let's see if there's a connection.
