Faster, Stronger, An Excellent Source of Vitamin C! I just really got back into being in shape. Spent alot of years lounging about and drinking beer. Got myself a decent gut and gained about 20 pounds. For someone who couldn't break 140 if they tried at age 25, being 156 was a bit of a shocker. So I started to work out and now have taken a good bite out of that gut.
