A Gypsy Spirit
A Gypsy Spirit I am athletic by nature. I work out at the gym four days a week. I *rock* the elliptical for an hour and then swim laps for another hour. Swimming is a true passion of mine. Never do I feel so free as when I'm in the water. I also bike daily. On the days I workout at the gym I usually bike 15 miles as well and on other days when I'm not at the gym I bike 30 miles. I keep to a healthy diet but will indulge in an occasional soda when I'm out. I do not eat sweets and avoid junk food at all costs. I'm not a health food fanatic but I try to stay with a sensible diet.
