Looking for new friends I have always been physically active. I enjoy weight lifting, cross training, hiking, martial arts and a variety of sports. My physical appearance is important to me and I respect those that feel the same. I couldn’t imagine life as a couch potato. The majorities of my friends have or are still in uniform serving our country. Through our experience we have learned the value of fitness and we continue to “maintain the standard”. Don’t get me wrong there is more to life then fitness and I would be happy to share my thoughts. All you have to do is ask.
