Are you an athletic woman with a sound mind in a sound body? I run, bike, kayak, and swim competitively. These activities are more fun when you have a reliable training partner to share these great experiences. I am in excellent health and take no medications - not even aspirin. I have run competitively every distance from the 100 meters to ultra marathons. I like doing triathlons. I’m training for one in October which has a run, kayak and bike. I'll also be doing a trail half marathon in WV later that month. Are you interested? I workout 6 days a week with a good mix of running, biking, swimming, biking, kayaking, weight training, and yoga. I work full time and have a BA, MPA, JD and an unfinished PhD in political science. I don't waste the 1,440 minutes God gives us daily. Here are some of my favorite things. My favorite documentary is Storm Over Everest by David Breashears and favorite movies are Apocalypse Now and The Outlaw Josey Wales. I am an avid reader of biographies, history, and non-fiction. Some of my favorite authors are Dr. George Sheehan and his practical athletic philosophy. I like Dr. Scott Peck's philosophy on discipline and how to apply it to solve problems and to improve your quality of life. I also like Dr. Stephen Covey's books, particularly his emphasis on Principle Centered Leadership and his belief that trust is the most important element in a relationship. I like simplicity and natural women. I like total honesty and transparency with no guile. I never play games in relationships. I am very loyal. Thanks for reading my profile.
