Well here goes, there is always a line between boasting and selling yourself isn't there. So in a nutshell I work for Bradford city council as a gym instructor, personal trainer, fitness class instructor and lifeguard. I have worked very hard to get back into shape and my goal of over forties physique comps seem to be that much closer. I wear my heart on my sleeve and tend to think more of others, I work and train hard, I don't drink or smoke and I eat like a cave man haha. I really am looking for someone I can share a lifestyle with and perhaps someone who works in the leisure industry perhaps someone who teaches exercise to music, zumba and who also likes to lift weights. I might sound a little specific but that's only the ideal as long as the passion for training is there that's what counts. So the question is are you out there, I am on other sights with no luck soooo I'm trying here... Lets see what happens
