Jogging, biking, hiking, weight lifting, swimming - all have their allure. Out of them jogging and weight lifting are the most pertinent. A sense of community can heal though there will always be a void if a kindred spirit is absent. Anyways quality beats quantity, as the more friends one may have the harder it is to get to know anyone of them. A running club has it's perks though in the summer with the stifling heat and cancerous sun rays early mornings are preferred.
