I enjoy working out at the gym but prefer working out in the country with fresh air and sunlight. I have been doing hatha yoga and zen meditation for over 30 years. I am a certified nutrition consultant, herbalist and do zen shiatsu massage occasionally. I work as a sales rep for Forever Healthy and sell water purification systems.

There are so many things I love to do such as bowling, playing chess, pool, tennis, ping pong, watching movies at home or at the theater, bicycling, going for walks in nature, eating a good meal at the Green Door. I have been vegan for over 30 years. I never eat meat, eggs, dairy or fish.
